  • We currently ship only within India not globally.

Order Tracking:

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • Contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or is lost.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 5 days of receipt inluding holidays, and sunday also.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customized Items / Products are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  • 1. Contact our customer service by writing to us at support@duggartechworld.in to initiate a return.
  • 2. Ship the item to the provided address. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

Refunds:

  •  Refunds are processed and will credited to original payment method within 15 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Customized Items / Products are not eligible for refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
